A high-end commercial tenancy extension delivered for the base building asset management team, creating a new outdoor dining area for a leading restaurant.
The project featured premium stone paving, aluminium timber-look battens, a new roof, large skylights supplied and installed by Silkie, and James Hardie Matrix cladding.
